Quick Highlights
About Gift Cards
Our gift cards and digital gift certificates provide a convenient way to share the benefits of massage therapy. This policy explains how they work, how they may be used, and what to expect when purchasing or redeeming them.
Gift cards are physical cards sold in person at Advanced Fuller School of Massage. Digital gift certificates are issued through The Gift Card Cafe and purchased online.
Both may be redeemed at our facility when presented at the time of service. By purchasing or using a gift card or digital gift certificate, you agree to the terms below.
Definitions and Expiration
Gift cards are physical cards sold in person at Advanced Fuller School of Massage. Digital gift certificates are digital certificates issued through The Gift Card Cafe and purchased online.
Gift cards and digital gift certificates expire 5 years from the date of purchase or issuance. After expiration, any unused value is forfeited.
The expiration date may appear on the gift card or certificate, or you may contact us before booking to confirm it.
Fees and Redemption
We do not charge inactivity fees, maintenance fees, dormancy fees, or service fees on gift cards or digital gift certificates.
- Gift cards and digital gift certificates are sold in dollar amounts only.
- They are applied as a credit toward your total at checkout.
- They must be presented at the time of service.
- A printed copy or a clear digital copy on your phone is acceptable for digital certificates.
- They are redeemable only at Advanced Fuller School of Massage.
- They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
- Advance scheduling is recommended, and you should mention your gift card or certificate when booking.
Price Changes and Remaining Balance
Gift cards and digital gift certificates are redeemed for their dollar value. If service prices change over time, the available dollar amount will still apply, and any remaining difference is due at the time of service.
If your gift card or certificate is not used in full, the remaining balance stays available until the expiration date.
To check a balance, contact our office at 757-340-7132.
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included unless you choose to add it. Tips may be paid separately at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
Please treat gift cards like cash. Anyone who presents a gift card or certificate may be able to use it, and we are not responsible for unauthorized use.
We may not be able to replace lost or stolen physical gift cards. If you have proof of purchase and we can verify the card number and remaining balance, we may be able to help, but replacement is not guaranteed.
Digital gift certificates may be reprinted if you still have access to the original email or certificate details. If the certificate has already been redeemed, we may not be able to restore value.
Purchase Limits and Misuse
Gift cards and digital gift certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards or certificates.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale or redemption request if we suspect fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
Third Party Provider
Digital gift certificates are issued through The Gift Card Cafe. Online purchasing, delivery, and platform related issues may be governed by their terms and conditions.
You can review those terms here: The Gift Card Cafe Terms of Service.
Promotions and Special Offers
Seasonal promotions and bonus gift offers may be available at certain times of year. Any promotional terms will be shared clearly at the time of the offer.
Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
