Student massage is done by students in our massage therapy program while they complete internship hours. These sessions are supervised by a licensed massage therapist.
Licensed massage is done by a state licensed therapist and is usually the better choice if you want more focused work or a more customized session.

Yes. Student sessions are supervised by licensed massage therapists.
Students are trained in anatomy, physiology, and when massage may not be appropriate. Comfort and safety come first.
Our school offers massage at lower prices than many spas and franchises.
- 60 minutes: $50 to $60
- 90 minutes: $80 to $90
- No membership fees
You can book what you need without signing up for anything ongoing.
Yes. You are welcome to speak with a therapist by phone or in person before scheduling.
We can help you figure out which service makes the most sense for you.
Yes. Licensed massage is available year round.
Student massage is typically available from March through June.
Yes. Prenatal massage is available with licensed sessions at no extra cost.
If you are pregnant, let us know when you call so we can schedule you correctly.
Yes. Deep tissue is available with licensed 60 or 90 minute sessions at no additional cost.
Student sessions do not include deep tissue techniques.
Yes. Specialty services can be added to select 60 or 90 minute licensed sessions.
Common add-ons include cupping, deep stone, aromatherapy, and facial for an additional $20. Castor oil steam heat is available as a smaller add-on for $5.

Yes. Couples massage is available with 60 minute and 90 minute options.
Because room space is limited, advance scheduling is recommended.
The Signature Package is a bundled 90 minute visit priced at $115.
It includes a facial, reflexology, therapeutic massage, and take-home recovery support.
It is a good option if you want more than a standard massage session or if you are choosing a gift.
No. Massage appointments are scheduled by phone.
Call (757) 340-7132 and we will help you find a time that works.
New clients should complete the registration form after booking.
Returning clients who have not been in for more than six months should complete it again.
We ask clients to print the form and bring it to the appointment. If needed, you can complete it in person if you arrive early.
Please let us know at least 12 hours ahead if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours notice, or missed entirely, result in a $40 fee. If you arrive late, we will provide the remaining portion of your session and the full service fee still applies.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, you may be marked absent and charged the fee.
Yes. We offer gift cards online, and printed gift cards are also available in person.
Gift cards can be used toward massage services and packages.
They expire 5 years from the date of purchase or issuance, are nonrefundable, and should be treated like cash.
Your therapist will ask about your health, your preferences, and any problem areas before the session begins.
You will then have privacy to undress to your comfort level and get on the table. You will be covered with a sheet, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
Most clients either undress fully or leave on underwear for a full body massage. Either is fine.
