Licensed Massage Therapist Job In Virginia Beach
We are currently looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in Virginia Beach as an independent contractor. This position is a strong fit for someone who wants flexibility while working in a professional, client-focused setting.
We serve clients seven days a week and maintain steady appointment volume, giving therapists the opportunity to build and maintain a consistent schedule.
This role allows you to focus on client care while working alongside front desk staff who help support scheduling and day-to-day flow.
Responsibilities
- Provide massage therapy services based on client needs and goals
- Review intake information and conduct client consultations
- Maintain a clean, professional treatment space
- Manage appointments and session timing responsibly
- Communicate with front desk staff about scheduling and availability
- Recommend follow-up care when appropriate
- Maintain a consistent standard of professionalism and client care
Qualifications
- Current Virginia massage therapy license in good standing
- Completion of a state-approved massage therapy program
- Professional liability insurance required
- Ability to work independently and manage client sessions professionally
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
This is an independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for maintaining their own licensure, insurance, taxes, and related records as required by law.
