To ensure you have the best possible experience, communication is key. Your therapist relies on your input regarding health history, personal preferences, and expectations to provide a safe and effective treatment plan. This includes disclosing any medical conditions, past injuries, or ongoing concerns that may impact your session. Clear communication helps us tailor the massage to your specific goals, ensuring it meets your expectations and addresses your individual needs.

Registration

If you are new to us or it has been more than 6 months since your last visit, you will need to schedule an appointment and complete the registration form online.

Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal or sensitive information you provide, including medical details, will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. This information will only be used to ensure your safety, comfort, and the best possible experience during your massage session.

Massage Cancellation and No-Show

We understand that life happens, and appointments may need to be rescheduled. However, to provide the best care to all clients, we ask that you kindly respect our time and the time of others by adhering to our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation: Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your appointment, a $40.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Repeated Cancellations/No-Shows: Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or result in the termination of services.

Late Arrival

We value your time and strive to provide the best possible experience for all clients.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients.
  • Full Session Charges: You will be charged for the full session time, even if you arrive late, as we reserve the time exclusively for you.
  • No-Shows Due to Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Inappropriate Behavior

Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all clients.

  • Respectful Behavior: We expect all clients to maintain appropriate and respectful behavior throughout their sessions.
  • Inappropriate Conduct: Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, or any form of sexual misconduct, will not be tolerated.
  • Termination of Session: If a therapist feels unsafe or uncomfortable at any time, they reserve the right to end the session immediately, and the full session fee will still apply.
  • Client Removal: Repeat offenses or violations of our policies may result in termination of services and refusal of future bookings.

Refunds

All sales for massage services are final. Refunds will not be issued for the following services:

  • Completed Services
  • Missed Appointments
  • Prepaid Packages
