- Detoxifies Muscles: Helps eliminate waste buildup, leaving your muscles refreshed.
- Increases Flexibility: Enhances joint strength and mobility.
- Reduces Congestion: Promotes better blood flow and circulation.
- Supports Lymphatic Health: Improves lymph movement, strengthening your immune system and flushing out toxins.

Your massage will be performed by a student or graduate with experience in various massage techniques. Our students and graduates have a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology and know when massage may not be suitable for certain conditions.
Our students and graduates are trained in Swedish massage techniques. Our graduates can also incorporate specialized techniques like deep tissue, reflexology, or stretches. Please make your request for specialized techniques at the time of booking.
Your therapist will begin by discussing your general health to ensure massage is safe for you. Afterward, you’ll be left to undress to your comfort level and relax on the table, covered with a fresh sheet. During the session, your therapist will focus on your comfort, using supportive cushions or adjustable face rests as needed. The room will have a warm, calming ambiance with soft music to help you unwind.
For a full-body massage, most clients undress fully, but you may choose to keep your underwear on. Your therapist will keep you always draped, only exposing the area being worked on. Depending on the massage, a light oil or lotion may be applied to your skin, though certain types of massage may not require oils, and you may remain clothed.
Relax and make yourself comfortable. Your therapist will guide you if adjustments to your position are needed, but feel free to move or ask for changes to make yourself more at ease. Some people prefer to close their eyes and relax in silence, while others enjoy talking. Deep, natural breaths can enhance your relaxation. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to ask your therapist.
Massage on healthy tissue should feel good, and the idea that “no pain, no gain” applies to massage is a myth. The best massage works with your body, not against it. Always communicate with your therapist if you experience discomfort so they can adjust their pressure. Massage for injuries may cause mild discomfort initially, but this usually eases as the session progresses.
Even those who are ticklish are often surprised to find that massage doesn’t tickle. The pressure and techniques used are gentle yet firm, with a clear intent to relax. If you’re especially ticklish, let your therapist know, and they can adapt or avoid sensitive areas.
Massage sessions are tailored to your needs and preferences, with several time options available to suit your schedule and desired level of care. Keep in mind that the listed durations include undress and dress time, ensuring you have a smooth and relaxing experience from start to finish.
-
- 60 Minutes: This is the most popular choice, perfect for a deeply relaxing full-body massage or targeted attention on specific areas like the back, neck, and shoulders. An hour provides ample time for your therapist to address tension and promote overall relaxation while ensuring you leave feeling refreshed.
- 30 Minutes: A half-hour session is ideal for those short on time or new to massage therapy. It’s great for focusing on a particular area, such as the back, neck, and shoulders, or the legs and feet. While shorter, it still delivers noticeable benefits, offering a quick yet effective introduction to massage.
- 90 Minutes: For a truly indulgent experience, 90 minutes allows for a comprehensive full-body massage with extra time to focus on problem areas or specific concerns. This length is perfect for those looking to fully relax and unwind or address chronic tension and stress.
The total duration of the massage session includes a 5-minute preparation period. This means that before the actual massage begins, you have five minutes to get ready. During this preparation time, you can change into comfortable attire, discuss any specific needs or preferences with your massage therapist, and settle onto the massage table.
Most clients feel relaxed, with reduced tension and improved mobility. Some report relief from chronic aches or increased energy that lasts for days. Initial effects may feel subtle, but the benefits often continue to unfold in the following days.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointment not canceled within this timeframe will be subject to a $40 no-show fee. This policy ensures that our therapists’ time is respected and allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Student: A massage student is currently enrolled in our professional training program and gaining hands-on experience under the close supervision of licensed instructors. While still learning, students apply foundational techniques like Swedish massage and may incorporate other methods they’ve been trained in. Choosing a student massage is an affordable option that supports their education while still providing relaxation and therapeutic benefits.
Massage Graduate: A graduate is a fully trained massage therapist who has completed our rigorous program and is equipped with advanced skills and techniques. Graduates bring a higher level of expertise, confidence, and precision to their sessions, making them ideal for clients seeking refined therapeutic care or specialized treatments.
No matter which you choose, you’ll receive a professional, caring experience designed to meet your needs!
