Gift Card Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

Our gift cards and instant gift certificates provide a convenient and meaningful way to share the benefits of massage therapy. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply giving the gift of wellness, this policy helps ensure a smooth, reliable experience.

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase, use, and handling of all gift cards and instant gift certificates. Please review carefully before purchasing.

2. DEFINITIONS

Gift Cards: Physical cards sold in person at Advanced Fuller School of Massage. Redeemable only at our facility.
Instant Gift Certificates: Digital certificates issued by The Gift Card Cafe and available for purchase online. Redeemable for services at our facility when presented in person.

3. VALIDITY PERIOD

All gift cards and instant gift certificates are valid for five (5) years from the date of issuance. After this period, unused value is forfeited. We encourage timely redemption to ensure full benefit.

4. REDEMPTION

Gift Cards: Must be presented in person at the time of service. Not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. Non-refundable.
Instant Gift Certificates: Must be presented in person. Non-redeemable for cash unless legally mandated. Non-refundable.

Advance scheduling is recommended to ensure availability.

5. REPRINTING AND REPLACEMENT

Instant Gift Certificates: May be reprinted if still within the validity period. Follow instructions from The Gift Card Cafe.
Gift Cards: Treated as cash. Cannot be replaced or reprinted if lost, stolen, or damaged.

6. FEES

No inactivity, maintenance, or service fees apply during the five-year validity period.

7. LOST OR STOLEN CERTIFICATES

Gift Cards: Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Advanced Fuller School of Massage is not liable for unauthorized use.
Instant Gift Certificates: May be reprinted if still valid. However, we are not responsible for unauthorized use.

8. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER

Instant gift certificates are managed by The Gift Card Cafe. All related terms, conditions, and usage policies are governed by The Gift Card Cafe’s Terms of Service.

9. CUSTOMER RIGHTS

This policy complies with the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (Code of Virginia § 59.1-196) and applicable regulations. For questions about your rights, please contact us directly.

10. PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Seasonal promotions and bonus gift offers may be available during holidays such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day. These are subject to their own terms and may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
